Cold Brew Milk Tea

This refreshing beverage combines the zing of freshly squeezed lemons with the richness of traditional Hong Kong-style black tea. Served chilled over ice, it's the perfect drink to beat the heat and quench your thirst on a hot day.

    50g tea leaves

    Sugar

    Full cream milk

Step 1

Pour 50g tea into tea cloth. Pour 1L hot water in and brew for 5-8 minutes.

Step 2

After boiled, change pot for 4 times. Brew until boil, rest for 1 minute.

Step 3

Pour tea base to cold water jug. Add 80g sugar. Cold down to room temperature, then keep in refrigerator.

Serving method:

Use 6oz tea base and add 2oz full cream milk to serve. (Total cup size 8oz)
